We are all about fresh coffee discovery and work hard to hand select the finest coffees from around the world, delivering them straight to your door and on your schedule, so all you have to worry about is savouring the very best of quality coffees, that you just can’t find in supermarkets.
At Bean & Ground we are all about fresh coffee discovery, so with every delivery you will receive two different 125g bags of fresh, single origin, 100% arabica coffee, so thats a total of 250 grams, made up of two different varieties of coffee from around the world for you to taste and enjoy. Our service makes it easy for you to select whether you want beans or pre-ground coffee and each packet comes with its very own tasting notes and description about each coffee.
We do also try to make each delivery different from the last, and we currently rotate the varietes about every 4 weeks, so if you get your coffee more regularly than that you will have more chance to enjoy the flavours on roast before the next varieties arrive.
We deliver all of our coffee in letterbox friendly packaging so you can enjoy your new fresh coffee without having to leave the house.
Obviously all letterboxes are not created equally, so if you're having trouble you can easily just change your address to work or another convenient location by logging onto your account, or please just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you out.
As often as you want it! We work hard to make sure that it’s easy for all of our customers to receive their coffee on their schedule. You are in control of how often the coffee comes, just simply choose your delivery frequency, so every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks, and if you want even more control than that, you can even choose the exact date you want the next delivery to arrive, all of which is easily done by logging into your account.
Yes! You definitely can, we hate subscription services that trap you, and we only want you to be happy. If you are not happy please do let us know why so we can try and fix it, but if you just want out, all you would have to do is login to your account and hit the cancel button, or alternatively just get in touch and we will do it for you over the phone or email
If you have enough coffee or your going on holiday and want to pause the deliveries, that is just as easy, by logging into your account you can change the next delivery date to a time in the future, or adjust your delivery frequency so we send coffee on your schedule.
Here at Bean & Ground we do love sending both beans and ground coffee! Grinding your beans yourself does offer that extra bit of freshness in your brew, but, if you're ordering ground coffee we make sure that we roast and grind at the latest possible moment before getting them in the post to you, so we can keep as much of that freshness in there for you
This depends if you have purchased beans or ground coffee, if you have purchased beans you can control the coarseness of your grind, which is better for different types of brewing methods, for instance an espresso grind is much finer than say a grind suitable for a french press.
If you are buying your fresh coffee pre ground from us, then the grind type will be perfect for french press, Aeropress or pour over brewing methods and we would suggest using about 15 g (about 2 tablespoons) of coffee for each cup.
Each delivery will contain 2x 125g bags of fresh coffee, so a total of 250 grams. That works out to about 17 cups of coffee for each delivery, depending on your brewing method, so over all Bean & Ground works out at just about 45p per cup of coffee, a bargain for some of the worlds best coffee straight through your door!
We only charge you when we send you coffee, so you will only be charged when your next delivery is on its way. And don’t forget, when and how often we send you coffee is totally up to you and you can change your preferences to suit your needs at anytime, so really, you only get charged when you want coffee
We’re all about sharing the love, so we’ve made it simple to give someone special the gift of fresh coffee discovery. Just follow this link and fill in their details and your details, and their first delivery of tasty coffee will be on its way for them to discover.
Buying someone the gift of a coffee subscription is as simple as providing a few details about yourself and the lucky person receiving the gift, just visit this link to complete the form.
You can select how many deliveries of tasty fresh coffee you would like to send to them and how frequently you would like them to receive those deliveries. For instance you could buy someone 4 deliveries with a delivery frequency of every 3 weeks, that means they will get 4 deliveries over a 13 week period, one every 3 weeks.
You can also choose if you would like to send them beans or pre-ground, we would suggest to go with pre-ground if you're not sure, and you can even input a personalised message to be sent to them just after they have received their first delivery, so they will know exactly who thinks they are special.
Once they have received their first delivery they are then more than welcome to log into their account and change any of the preferences, like delivery frequency or grind type, making it flexible for them and you.
